Philosophy and Core Competencies

At birth, we enter the world with a blank slate (genetics excluded) and we can literally become anything or do anything.  From there, our experiences, education, and environment impact and mold everything about us: our thoughts, actions, health, communication style, traumas, etc.  In essence, we have many, many years to do and experience really great things for ourselves as well as do and experience really bad things for ourselves.  I believe that given the chance, our bodies and minds will heal themselves, by themselves.  BUT, we need to do a lot of work to give our bodies and minds that chance and we need to remove some powerful obstacles to do so.​

My role as a coach is to provide you with the support, information, and recommendations to roll that clock back and rewrite a new story.  I will show up in my raw, transparent, and honest form to meet you where you are and guide you step by step to get you where you want to be.  We each have unique needs that will undoubtedly change over time.  But if we make gradual changes together, the consistency will lead to MAJOR growth.
